The SCR system is a standard requirement for euro 4 engines.  An SCR system reduces Hydrocarbons by up to 90%, Carbon Monoxide by up to 90%, Particulate Matter by up to 15% Nitrogen Oxides by up to 75%. 

Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF)

 Many companies consider the diesel particulate filter to reduce particulate matter as their first course of action.

Continuosly Regenerating Trap (CRT) 

A proven design which almost eliminates Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbons and Particulate Matter from the exhaust emissions.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)

This system by way of it's design reduces Carbon Monoxide  by up to 90%. Hydrocarbons by up to 90%, Nitrogen Oxides by up to 50% and finally Particulate Matter by up to 90%.
